The revised Code of Conduct establishes a robust ethical foundation for all ATS operations, providing clear, practical guidance on professional integrity, anti-corruption, confidentiality, data protection, and ethical behavior for employees, management, and third-party partners. It has been carefully designed to align with ATS’s operational realities, industry standards, and strategic priorities, setting the stage for long-term growth and leadership in the aviation sector.

“We believe that a strong commitment to compliance is not just about adhering to regulations but also about doing what’s right for our employees, our clients, and the communities in which we operate,” said Mohammad AlMnaizel, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at ATS. “This revised Code of Conduct is a testament to our ongoing commitment to ethical excellence and serves as a guiding principle for our entire organization.”

As part of the implementation process, ATS will be rolling out a series of training sessions and communication initiatives to ensure that every employee, from senior management to frontline staff, understands and adheres to the standards set out in the Code.

“The adoption of this revised Code of Conduct is the beginning of a continuous process to integrate our core values into every aspect of our business,” said Hajar Mohammad Mousa AlSafartee, Chief Operating Officer and Vice-Chair of the Board. “This whole-of-business approach means that everyone at ATS, from senior leaders to our operational teams, is empowered to uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring that we conduct our business with integrity and professionalism at all times.”

“Implementing these rigorous standards is a proactive step toward ensuring that our business operations are not only efficient but also ethically sound,” commented Hasna Fayyed, Board Member and ATS General Manager. “Our commitment to maintaining transparency and accountability is integral to our success as a trusted partner in the aviation industry. With this updated Code of Conduct, we are embedding a culture of compliance and integrity into the very fabric of ATS. It is our responsibility to ensure that these standards are not just words on paper but are actively practiced throughout our organization.”

This strategic initiative demonstrates ATS’s resolve to align its corporate policies with its operational excellence, ensuring that every interaction, decision, and business relationship is conducted in a manner consistent with the company’s values and ethical commitments.
